Traditional cuisine is the reflection of a land and its people: strong and robust flavours, stories of recipes and popular culture, gastronomic memories marked by a strong identity.
Among its specialties, our restaurant proposes a variety of meats in its menu: lamb, sheep, goat, beef, pork but most of all the famous “arrosticini”, skewers of mutton’s meat cooked on a brazier strictly accompanied by pecorino cheese, toasted bread with olive oil, tomatoes and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo red wine.
Restaurant Colle Veroni, furthermore, organizes and proposes theme nights dedicated to local products and wine tastings.
